Order Cancellations

Customer can cancel an order within 4 hours from the time order is placed. Under which no charges will be deducted and he/she will get a full refund of the amount paid into his bank account.

Mention the subject line as “Cancel Order – <your order no.>” and mention the reason in the mail.

We will check the status of your shipment and process your request for refund. If the item is cancelled post 4 hours then charges as per returns policy will be applied to the product.

Refunds for product not in stock

Under rare scenarios if the ordered product is out of stock, we will refund full payment made by the customer for the product. In such cases, the Customer Service Team will contact the customer via e-mail and on obtaining his consent initiate the refund process. Refund through bank usually takes 5-7 working days.

There may be situations where a customer has ordered several products, and one or more of those products are not in stock. In such cases, the customer will be refunded the cost of products not available. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit due to Customer’s bank policies.
