The DNA Stage 2 Air Box Cover is a high-flow upgrade developed for the Royal Enfield Himalayan 411 (2016–2023), engineered to replace the OEM intake snorkel and plastic air box cover. When paired with the DNA Stage 1 Air Filter (R-RE4N19-01), this setup significantly improves airflow, throttle response, and overall engine performance.
Built with a high-quality EVA seal, the Stage 2 kit ensures airtight installation and long-term durability. Combined with the Stage 1 filter, the system delivers a +43.27% increase in airflow compared to the stock intake (1414 L/min vs. 987 L/min @ 10 mBar, corrected @ 25°C).
This upgrade is intended strictly for race use, and fuel remapping is recommended to fully optimize performance gains in power and torque.
