Yes, our products are 100% genuine as we deal with trusted vendors only. If in any case you find  an issue in the product we accept returns and give complete money back guarantee.

Do I need to create an account to shop?

Creating an account will provide you with a lot of benefits like details of your previous orders, filled up fields with personal details and address every time you transact. Though it is not mandatory.

We protect your data with high level encryption so you can be cool enough that our site is super safe & your data is protected with us.

What are the payments methods accepted?

We accept Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking & Digital Wallets using Instamojo payment gateway and Paytm. We have temporarily disabled COD due to multiple fake orders. 

What is the standard delivery time?

Standard delivery time is 3-10 days for surface shipping depending on your location. Please check out the shipping tab in product page for more details.

How do I check the current status of my orders?

You can cancel your order by writing to us at within 4 hours from the time when order was placed or before the order is shipped whichever is earlier.

Yes, the products sold on Custom Elements are covered under our return policy provided product is in new/unused condition and all the tags are intact.

What are the extra/hidden charges I have to pay apart from the MRP?

There are absolutely no hidden charges at Custom Elements. All our products are including taxes. The amount visible at the checkout is the final amount to be paid for the order to be delivered to you.

What all things do you Custom Design and Paint?

We currently custom design and paint Motorcycles & Helmets.

Can I give my personal design for making my own custom orders?

Yes of-course! We would love to hear your ideas before we take up the pen and paper. So feel free to share your design with us.

Will you take my old helmet for customization?

Our artists need untampered outer shells to showcase their creativity. So if your helmet does not have any major damage then you can definitely customize & give it a new look.
