The DNA Stage 2 Air Box Cover is a performance-driven upgrade engineered for the Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 (2024). Designed to replace the OEM plastic intake cover and eliminate the factory snorkel, this kit delivers significantly improved airflow, intake sound, and throttle response—making it ideal for riders seeking maximum performance.
Built with precision and sealed using high-quality EVA material, this Stage 2 cover ensures airtight installation and reliability. When used in combination with the DNA Stage 1 Air Filter (R-RE4E24-01, sold separately), the system achieves a +66.70% increase in airflow over the stock setup (3668 L/min vs 2200 L/min @ 7 mBar, corrected @ 25°C).
This product is intended for race use only and should be paired with fuel recalibration to fully unlock its potential in power and torque output.
