Air Shipping (Available upon Special Request):

  • For faster delivery, you have the option to request air shipping at an additional prepaid cost.
  • Please note that while we will book air shipping for you, the exact delivery timelines are beyond our control.

Shipping Charges:

  • Standard shipping charges will be mentioned on the checkout page at the time of placing the order.


  • Before shipping, we conduct a thorough quality check on the goods and packaging to ensure customer satisfaction. Please note that the box might be opened by our team for quality inspection.

Tracking & Delivery:

  • Each shipment’s tracking information will be communicated via email. For registered users, the orders area also contains tracking information available under the profile section.
  • We use the best courier services to deliver the products, but there might be delays beyond our control. Due to this, order cancellations will not be accepted.
  • The delivery time is determined by the provided pincode and typically takes 2 to 15 working days. The tracking details will show an estimated delivery time.
  • If you do not want a specific courier service due to issues in your area, please mention it in the order notes. We will try to use other options, but availability is not guaranteed.

SPECIAL/ PRE-ORDER: CustomElements Pvt. Ltd. is proud to offer a wide variety of riding gear and bike accessories – either on demand or through scheduled pre-orders from the manufacturers. Your requirements are brought in from all over the world, and as such returning special order items to the importers or manufacturers is cost-prohibitive. As a result, and to continue offering our best prices and service, we are implementing the following terms and conditions for special order items:

  • Special orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances once the order has been placed with the manufacturer/brand/distributor.
  • When special order items arrive at Custom Elements warehouse, customers will be notified by our Customer Support or sales team so that a shipping date can be confirmed.
  • Special order items cannot be returned to Custom Elements unless it is due to a quality issue.
  • Advances (Minimum 50% of the order value) will be collected at the time of placing the order for further action of booking the special requirement with the manufacturer.
  • Product will be shipped only after complete payment is done and reflected in our account.
  • While arranging a special order, Custom Elements cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur. These delays might arise from the manufacturer’s end. However, our dedicated team will promptly escalate the matter once we observe any such delay.

Important Note: Pricing and Order Cancellation for Special Orders

Please be aware that for special orders, there might be a change in pricing based on dollar pricing upon arrival. This additional cost, if any, will be added to the final amount to be collected. Due to this pricing uncertainty, special orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed with the manufacturer. Kindly consider this information before proceeding with your special order.
