Dispatch Timeline

  • The average lead time for dispatch is two working days, but we ensure that the product will leave the warehouse as quick as possible.
  • You can receive the product in multiple packages as the products might be shipped from different warehouse locations based on their availability.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges will be mentioned on the checkout page at the time of placing order.
  • Order having cart value above Rs. 5000/- will offer free standard shipping. (Not applicable for Jammu & Kashmir and North eastern regions)


  • Before shipping, we do a quality check on the goods and packaging.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Each shipment’s tracking information will be communicated via email. For registered users, the orders area also contains tracking information will be available under the profile section.
  • We use the best courier services to deliver the products, but the courier partner may experience a delay that is beyond our control. Due to this delay, order cancellations will not be accepted.
  • Your provided address will determine the delivery time. It typically takes 3 to 10 working days to complete a delivery. The tracking details will show an estimated delivery time.

CustomElements Pvt. Ltd. is proud to offer a wide variety of riding gear and bike accessories – either on demand or through scheduled pre-orders from the manufacturers. Your requirements are brought in from all over the world, and as such returning special order items to the importers or manufacturers is cost prohibitive. As a result, and to continue offering our best prices and service, we are implementing the following terms and conditions for special order items:

  • Special orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed with the manufacturer.
  • When special order items arrive at Custom Elements warehouse, customers will be notified by our Customer Support or sales team so that a shipping date can be confirmed.
  • Special order items cannot be returned to Custom Elements unless it is due to a quality issue.
  • Advances (Minimum 50% of the order value) will be collected at time of placing the order for further action of booking the special requirement with the manufacturer.
  • Custom Elements will not be responsible for any delay faced in the tenure of arranging a special order. However, our team will try to escalate the same once a delay has been observed.
