Patented V.A.L.E. Technology
Revolutionary Design: V.A.L.E. (Variable Apex Length Engineering) is TBR’s patented method of attaching the muffler canister to the exhaust tube without springs or welding. This innovative approach provides superior vibration isolation and durability compared to traditional mounting methods.
Benefit: No spring corrosion, no welded failure points, and superior performance consistency. The muffler stays secured and functioning perfectly through thousands of miles and countless thermal cycles.
Sound Engineering
Two Brothers exhausts produce a distinctive deep, throaty character without the shrill whine associated with straight-through mufflers. This refined sound profile is a result of decades of performance engineering specific to Harley and sport bike platforms.
Installation & Performance
Direct bolt-on 2-into-1 configuration. Choose your canister shape based on personal preference—all shapes perform identically, offering only visual differences. Hand-welded construction ensures durability and reliability.
Real-World Use Case
Cruiser and sport bike riders choose Two Brothers for proven American engineering combined with distinctive sound character. The V.A.L.E. technology ensures the exhaust stays secure and performs reliably through years of riding.
Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the benefit of the V.A.L.E. system?
V.A.L.E. eliminates spring corrosion and welding failure points. Your muffler stays secured and performs reliably indefinitely, unlike traditional mounting methods that can fail or rattle.
Can I choose a different canister shape?
Yes. TBR offers three canister shapes: small oval, round 4.5″, and large oval. All perform identically—choose based on your bike’s styling preference.
How aggressive is the sound?
Deep and throaty without shrill whine. TBR exhausts are aggressive enough to command attention, refined enough for all-day riding comfort.
