Rynox Storm Evo Noctex

Rynox is one of those Indian brands that have become very acknowledged down the years. A lot of brands come and go and fall into an abyss, but not Rynox. These guys didn’t believe in if you have something good why change it. Rather they worked hard and kept improving it and focused on something good to make it better. 

Rynox Storm Evo is good. Rynox Storm Evo Noctex is better. 

Rynox is one of those brands that like to improve on perfection. That says A lot. So what we have here is the Storm Evo and what a jacket they have come up with. From the material for comfort to the superior level of protection. What exactly lets see. This jacket is par brilliance. 

Comfort & Fit

The main surface is of a light weight mesh that makes this jacket extremely breathable having 4 intake vents, 4 cross vents and 1 big exhaust vent. This is more than most luxury cars. Your body would not feel like a covid patient. Even the inner liner is a non sticky material. At the same time accordion stretches material at the shoulder blades that flex with body movement , not giving you any kind of restriction in movement. Also someone like me having sensitive skin there is neoprene trim on the collar and cuff that prevents chafing to my nazuk skin.

Armour

Yeah yeah almost all the jackets come with shoulder , elbow and back protection. Buttttt do they come with chest protection. A lot of premium jackets have slots but no armour given. Well it’s not just all round protection. Its protection with CE level 2. For the elbow , shoulder and back and CE level one for the chest. And the gift from God that came through Rynox is this Knox Microlock CE level 2. Now not many brands give Knox armour let alone lever 2. Check our video. I have quite literally got whacked in the back to show the impact. And our dear resident Squid was very happy to do the needful. The textile is a 600D PU coated polyester for high abrasion resistance. At the same time Invista Cordura panels on elbow and shoulder. Icing was the metal slider on the shoulder. Does complete the Power Ranger look. 

I kept the best for last. The Noctex fabric. Yes, that is where the name came from. This is attention to detail as. Rynox rightly puts that bikes are very small objects on our roads, and in the night they appear even smaller and less visible. Having reflectors are good but why not have it better. That is where Rynox Storm Evo Noctex comes in. This is basically a laminate of microscopic retro reflectors that is applied to the resistant polyester. 

During the day the material looks like any grey material of the jacket so it’s pretty cool. But during the night the superhero comes out. 

Yep this is the same Jacket. 

Soooooooo there you have it. Now Storm Evo also has pants so the jacket has a zip at the rear that you can attach the pant and have a proper 2 piece suit. Well not the one you are thinking. 

Now at just Rs. 11750 this Jacket is giving you more than other brands can even think of giving. Many may complain that they do not give winter or rain liner.
